This year Exit Festival is opening its doors for over 600 volunteers from the world over, who will get a chance to gain incredible experiences working in program production, press center, the village, promo team and other festival sections. Call for applications is open from June 1 to 20, and all young people who want to participate and become a part of this big organization can aplly on this link.
In the form, it will be necessary to provide personal data, previous working and volunteering experiences, followed by a motivation letter for working at Exit, mentioning a specific organization segment you want to work in. All candidates who enter successive circles need to be interviewed and trained accordingly.
Volunteers will be provided with free entrance and stay at the festival after their working hours, as well as free stay at Exit Village, food in the village and free drink tokens. After Exit Festival is finished, the volunteers will obtain a certificate to confirm their volunteering, which will be a valuable extra reference in their biographies.
Through work at Exit Festival, volunteers will have an opportunity to develop a sense of belonging and use to community, humanitarian work, as well as personal development, and obtaining new skills, they will be able to meet people from all parts of the globe, improve their language skills and gain insight into a festival organization. A special part of volunteering activities will be participation in ecology workshops which will give them an opportunity to gain education in the area of technology use for renewable energy sources and raising awareness of ecology and environment protection.
Volunteering will take place from July 5 to 12 at Exit Festival, Novi Sad, and will take up to six hours within one shift.
