By submitting any live set, DJ mix, radio show, recorded performance, audio file, artwork, description, track listing, title, image, logo, text or other material (collectively, the “Content”) to EILO.org, you agree to the following terms.
1. Your authority to submit
You represent and warrant that you are authorized to submit the Content to EILO.org for online streaming, hosting, display, promotion and related use on the website, stream pages, mobile services, social pages and associated channels operated by EILO.org.
2. Rights and permissions
You represent and warrant that, to the best of your knowledge and authority, the submission and use of the Content by EILO.org as described here does not unlawfully infringe the copyright, neighbouring rights, performer rights, producer rights, trademark rights, privacy rights or other rights of any third party.
If your Content includes third-party music, sound recordings, samples, spoken word, artwork, logos, names or other protected material, you represent that you have obtained any permissions you consider necessary for your submission, or that you otherwise have a valid basis to provide the Content for the uses described here.
3. Non-exclusive permission to use submitted Content
By submitting Content, you grant EILO.org a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable permission to:
- stream and communicate the Content to the public through EILO.org-operated channels;
- store, reproduce and technically process the Content as needed for streaming, delivery, backup, scheduling, transcoding and platform compatibility;
- display the title, artist name, DJ name, show name, artwork, biography, photos, social links, track listing and descriptive text associated with the Content;
- use excerpts, still images, titles and metadata for editorial, promotional, archival and catalogue purposes in connection with EILO.org.
This permission is granted only for operation, presentation and promotion of the submitted Content in connection with EILO.org and does not transfer ownership of your rights to EILO.org.
4. Metadata and identification
You agree to provide accurate information, including where reasonably available:
- artist or DJ name;
- title of the mix, show or performance;
- date of recording or delivery;
- contact details;
- track listing or other identifying information, where possible.
EILO.org may edit formatting, spelling, layout, categorization and metadata presentation for consistency, while preserving the general identity of the submitted Content.
5. Takedown, review and removal
EILO.org may, at any time and without prior notice, review, reject, suspend, geo-limit, de-list, disable access to, archive or remove any submitted Content if:
- a complaint or claim is received;
- rights ownership or permission is unclear;
- identifying information is incomplete or misleading;
- EILO.org believes continued availability may create legal, technical or reputational risk;
- a platform, distributor, hosting provider or partner requires action.
6. Copyright complaints
If EILO.org receives a sufficiently specific copyright or related-rights complaint regarding submitted Content, EILO.org may remove or disable access to that Content, request further information from you, or decline any future submissions from you.
Copyright-related notices may be sent to: info@eilo.org
7. Repeat issues
EILO.org reserves the right to refuse future submissions, restrict access, or permanently stop accepting Content from contributors who repeatedly submit content that is disputed, misidentified, misleading, unauthorized or otherwise problematic.
8. No obligation to publish
Submission of Content does not guarantee publication, scheduling, continued streaming, archive placement or continued availability on EILO.org or on any third-party platform, directory or partner service.
9. Your responsibility for your submission
You remain responsible for the Content you submit, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for your communications with EILO.org concerning that Content.
10. Limitation of EILO.org’s role
EILO.org may act on notices, questions or concerns raised by rightsholders, platforms, service providers or users, and may do so conservatively where rights are uncertain. Nothing on this page shall be interpreted as legal advice, as a confirmation that any specific Content is cleared for all uses, or as a waiver of any rights of any party.
