The gates opened on July 24, while the main O.Z.O.R.A. Stage began its programme with an opening ceremony on July 27. The festival is scheduled to continue until midday on August 4, giving visitors more than a week of music, visual art, workshops and communal activity across the site.
The 2026 programme reflects several generations of psychedelic music. Shpongle are appearing live with Simon Posford and Raja Ram, connecting the lineup to a project that helped expand psychedelic electronic music beyond conventional trance structures. The main stage also features Astrix, Astral Projection, Koxbox, GMS & Dickster, Ace Ventura, Freedom Fighters, Tristan, Ajja, Etnica, Tsuyoshi Suzuki, Avalon and other artists from across the international scene.
Rather than concentrating on one narrow version of psytrance, the programme moves between Goa-influenced sounds, progressive psychedelia, full-on trance, darker nighttime material and live electronic performance. Veteran projects appear alongside artists who have emerged during more recent phases of the genre, allowing the festival to present psychedelic trance as an evolving culture rather than a fixed historical style.
The appearance of Shpongle with both Simon Posford and Raja Ram is one of the edition’s notable live attractions. The project’s combination of electronic production, psychedelic sound design, acoustic instrumentation and global musical influences has long connected psytrance audiences with downtempo and experimental electronic music. Their inclusion also reflects the broader range of the O.Z.O.R.A. programme beyond continuous main-stage dance music.
Music and performance are distributed across six principal areas: the O.Z.O.R.A. Stage, The Dome, Dragon Nest, Pumpui, Ambyss and Cooking Groove. Each space has its own identity, enabling the programme to move from peak-time psytrance to downtempo, ambient, live bands, house, techno and less easily classified forms of electronic music.
The O.Z.O.R.A. Stage remains the festival’s central psychedelic trance floor, while The Dome provides a setting for slower and more exploratory electronic sounds. Dragon Nest expands the programme through bands and live musicians, and Pumpui offers an alternative dancefloor with artists working across several club-focused styles. Ambyss is devoted to deeper atmospheric listening, while Cooking Groove combines music with a more communal setting.
This structure is important to O.Z.O.R.A.’s identity. The gathering is not presented simply as a sequence of headline DJ sets. Its different stages and spaces encourage visitors to move between high-energy dancefloors, concerts, experimental performances and quieter environments throughout the day and night.
The non-musical programme is similarly integrated into the site. The official 2026 edition includes visual art, lectures, craft activities, performance spaces, community cooking and dedicated areas for workshops and shared learning. These elements help frame O.Z.O.R.A. as a temporary cultural environment rather than a conventional weekend festival built only around stages and scheduled sets.
That wider approach has become especially important within psychedelic festival culture, where art, architecture and the design of the site often carry as much identity as the lineup itself. Temporary structures, textile installations, lighting and natural surroundings transform the Dádpuszta valley into a distinctive environment created specifically for the gathering.
The festival’s international character can also be heard through the lineup. Artists connected with the early Goa trance movement appear beside progressive and full-on acts from Israel, the United Kingdom, Japan, Scandinavia and other parts of the global psychedelic network. The result is a programme that documents both the history of the scene and its current direction.
For listeners unable to attend in person, the official Radiozora platform is providing Live & Direct programming connected with the 2026 festival. Broadcasts and recordings from different stages extend part of the event beyond the festival grounds and offer an opportunity to hear selections from the programme remotely.
