Ahmed started driving a recovery truck in Dubai in 2002. By 2015, he had logged more roadside hours than most operators see in a career — sandstorms on the way to Hatta, ten-car pile-ups on the E11, a Rolls-Royce Wraith with a punctured run-flat in the Marina basement at 4am.

When he founded Recovery Car Dubai, he made one decision that still defines us: the founder’s name and number are on every page of the website. If something goes wrong on a job — a late truck, an unclear quote, a damaged trim panel — he wants the customer to be able to reach him directly. Sixteen years in, that line still rings to his phone.

“Recovery is a trust business. You meet the customer on the worst day of their week. Either you leave them better off, or you should not be in this trade.”
