Matteo Monero was born in Benevento, Italy in January 1984 and since a very young age he had a close tie with music by listening to artists like Sasha, Laurent Garnier, Hernan Cattaneo, Jeff Mills, 808 State, Aphex Twin, Autechre and many more.
At the age of 11 he had his first encounter with musical interpretation when he received a dj/consolle as a Christmas present. In 2000 Matteo starts djing at Dance Parties in his country and in years to come, his dj career develops with more gigs in more clubs and events around Europe with hope to do know his sound around world.
In the year 2006, he starts with his producer career on italian label called Ldu Records, where he found collaboration like remixer for artists such as Flash Brothers and Onirika.
Matteo Monero starts his own show on EILO called "Viral". The show will be broadcast every 4th Monday of the month, starts 16:00 GMT on Progressive Radio.
